H&M

BRAND REPOSITIONING STRATEGY

Based on research, surveys, and interviews, my project group members and I proposed a repositioning strategy based on H&M's current problems. My favorite part of the project was interpreting the research to narrow the data down to three takeaways, then using that information to brainstorm relevant solutions to solve H&M's problems. Here's a preview of our plan to implement our main idea while strengthening brand voice across all communication channels.
