I managed Invest Nebraska's LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook pages for roughly a year and a half, and learned that good content doesn't always come easy - it requires a lot of strategizing, research, and social media monitoring. I created a content calendar, crafted posts in a consistent brand voice, and fostered an active engagement with the accounts of many of our collaborators. For a nonprofit investment service, I knew it was important that our social media reflected our investment in the community.
